Make friends with anger
Angela has spent her whole adult life dedicated to understanding the ‘why’ behind human behaviour, to then be able help people improve their life and relationships by better understanding themselves.
Working with individuals and organisations, Angela helps people develop greater strength in the areas of communication skills; social, cultural and emotional intelligence; creativity and innovation and leadership development. Angela is an Accredited Professional Coach; Certificate IV Workplace Trainer; Certified NLP Trainer; Certified Counsellor; Certified Ericksonian Hypnotherapist and Certified de Bono Trainer. She has taught business and self-development courses at the University of Sydney Centre for Continuing Education for ten years; was the official representative of the De Bono Institute for New South Wales for five years.
She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the NLP Trainer Registration Board and is a charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association and in recognition of her experience, a Fellow of the Institute for Learning Professionals.
Her work is her life’s passion, so many of Angela’s personal interests echo her career – meeting new people, travelling the world, and looking for new experiences and challenges. So far, Angela’s passion for the new and different has taken her traveling in over 50 countries, living in nine and working in fifteen. A few years ago, her experiment to find what life is like without a home base resulted in Angela working and living out of two suitcases as a global nomad for four years. Angela is a deeply curious person, and is constantly pursuing the self improvement she coaches her clients to achieve also. Angela walks her talk, and applies all the teachings she shares with her clients to her own life as well.
