Show Notes

If this is the year to kickstart your meaningful and profitable online side hustle with what you’re already good at and passionate about, then The Launch Collective is the online course for you. Hosted by Rich Everett and Allie Smith, The Launch Collective is an 8-week online program with business training, tutorials, community, and the support you need to prepare you for a successful online service-based or information
business - completely online.

It kicks off mid-January 2019 and here’s what we’ll accomplish in our 8-weeks together:

Week 1: Creating Your Side Hustle Vision
In our first week together, you’ll learn to craft your vision for your business and specifically what you want it to do for your lifestyle. You’ll identify your personality type and how to leverage your strengths to create the best business for YOU. We’ll dive into mindset . . . because entrepreneurship is a mindset game.

Week 2: Building Your Side Hustle Blueprint
We’ll start your Side Hustle Blueprint where you’ll determine your lifestyle goals, your time, and your resources so you can determine how much to dedicate to creating your business. Wait, you don’t have an idea yet of what you might want to monetize? No problem. We’ll help you brainstorm with our Niche and Strength Finder and research activities so you can find that sweet spot of what you want to
do and what people will pay you for. We’ll help you uncover where, what, and how you’ll fit into the market so you can create an offer that your audience will love. From monetizing your organizing skills, to become a virtual assistant, to doing custom coding or web development, we’ve seen it successfully monetized online.

Week 3: Doing the Research
Researching is actually more fun than it sounds. You’ll dive headfirst into our research activities to discover the details about your target market and ideal client, including where they’re “hanging out” online and what they’re willing to pay for.

Week 4: Validating Your Niche + Target Market
Week 4 is when we’ll take our research seriously. We’ll show you several research tools that you may not know about so you can validate your ideas before you build your product or service. You’ll learn how to research your niche and how to differentiate yourself in the market.

Week 5: Serving Your Audience with an Offer
This is when you’ll create your first offer with a draft version of your first information product or service. We’ll show you how and where to develop your Minimum Viable Product (the most basic thing you can put out there to get started).

Week 6: Designing a Low Risk Business Model
Rich is going to show you how to reduce (or eliminate) risks and keep your costs low by choosing the right online business model for your lifestyle.

Week 7: Developing Your Blueprint
We’ll learn how to implement strategy for marketing and selling. Allie will guide you through the basics of online marketing (and selling), so you can present your offer authentically to your audience. We’ll talk about strategy and what feels authentic to you so can build your brand the right way.

Week 8: Getting Ready to Launch
This week is all about taking action and creating your brand. In Week 8, we’ll answer all your questions as you finalize your offer and get ready to launch! We’ll talk about the foundations creating your online presence through branding and marketing, including:

  • Websites and Emails

  • Social Media

  • Legals & Accounting

  • Payment Gateways

  • And. . . how to test everything
